A dedicated investor platform under Eiendomsavtaler.no: projects, news, documents and notifications for commercial real estate investors, with an admin panel and access control. Built from scratch and hosted in Azure.

I built investor.eiendomsavtaler.no as a separate platform under the main site, with one goal: to give investors a single, consolidated view of projects, news, documents and communication related to commercial real estate.
What the platform does
Investors log in, save favorites, follow projects, receive notifications and download documents directly from the platform. Behind it sits a dedicated admin panel with access control, so that only authorized users get insight into leads, messages and project details. News is written in a custom editor, documents are handled at the project level, and each project has its own dashboard.
What I built
The entire system from scratch, as the sole developer:
- Frontend with reusable components and responsive design
- Backend with a simple, scalable storage model in JSON files, chosen for fast updates without heavy database infrastructure
- News editor, document management and project dashboards
- Architecture and setup in Azure: virtual machines, blob storage, security and deploy pipelines
What I took with me
The storage model was sized for the need that actually existed, not the one that might come, and it held up. Running it in Azure gave me hands-on experience owning the whole chain from code to production, something I later brought into Flowment and the self-hosted setups on Hetzner.
The platform was built as part of my engagement with Eiendomsavtaler.no, which ended in spring 2026.
