Eiendomsavtaler.no
Norway's marketplace for real estate investors large and small. Came in via Spiderweb AS, and became the sole developer and technical lead for the entire platform, from code to operations in Azure and AWS.

Eiendomsavtaler.no is a digital marketplace for commercial real estate, where buyers, sellers and landlords meet. Listings come as "for sale", "wanted" and "partnership", both on-market and discreetly off-market, and around the marketplace sit commercial brokerage, prospectuses, standardized contracts and a network of investors and industry players.
I came in via Spiderweb AS in 2024, and as the sole developer had overall responsibility for the technical platform: system architecture, code, production deployment, security, monitoring and automated deploys.
Areas of responsibility
Full-stack development. Node.js and TypeScript on the backend, React and Tailwind on the frontend, integrations with external APIs and databases.
Infrastructure and operations. Design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backups and operations in both Azure and AWS.
Product development. Working with the business side to turn needs into functional, scalable solutions, with iterative development based on user feedback.
Quality and security. Test automation, code review, security routines and continuous performance optimization.
Delivery. Planning and shipping new features, both independently and together with the team when needed.
The investor platform investor.eiendomsavtaler.no was built as a separate project under the main site, and is described on its own.
What I learned
Being the sole developer on a platform in production forces you to think holistically. Security holes, performance problems and deploy failures can't be passed on to someone else. It taught me to prioritize hard, to set up monitoring before it's needed, and to keep the infrastructure simple enough that one person can actually run it. The engagement ended in spring 2026.
